JOINT AGREEMENT BETWEEN ANCESTRY AND LEGACY TO ACQUIRE ADPAY

  Ancestry and Legacy.com have announced that they have reached an agreement for the sale of Adpay to Legacy.com. Adpay is an Ancestry subsidiary and provides mobile solutions to media companies. Adpay is known for its Memoriams platform that enables people to publish or print obituaries in newspapers conveniently.

Legacy.com founder Stopher Bartol says we are happy with Ancestry’s work for the Adpay business. We are very happy to partner with the Adpay business to make our shared mission to help funeral homes and peoples publish obituaries on newspapers everywhere, in every format.
